MEDIJSKE IZJAVE U VEZI SA SLOVENAČKOM KULTURNOM BAŠTINOM KOJA JE PREDMET SUKCESIJE

 

Ambasada Slovenije u Beogradu je u poslednjih nedelju dana primetila više medijskih izveštaja na temu spiska predmeta slovenačke kulturne baštine, koje Slovenija navodno potražuje od Srbije na osnovu Sporazuma o pitanjima sukcesije (aneks A). Ovom prilikom, želeli bi pojasniti da je reč o spisku radova slovenačke kulturne baštine koje se nalaze na različitm lokacijama na teritoriji Srbije.

U vezi sa tim spiskom Slovenija više godina neuspešno nastoji da sa srpskom stranom dogovori sastanak stručnjaka obe strane, koji bi utvrdili po kom osnovu se navedeni predmeti nalaze u Srbiji (poklon, prodaja, razmena…). Tek nakon toga, utvrdili bi spisak predmeta na koje Slovenija ima pravo po osnovi pomenutog Ugovora. Istovremeno, Slovenija ne poseduje spisak srpske kulturne baštine koja bi mogla da se nalazi na lokacijama u Sloveniji.
